How GiftedTaste was born...

After my physical and mental collapse in 2013, I became deeply awakened to the connection between how I was experiencing life and my physical health and emotional well-being.

As I began having meaningful conversations about my experience with other like-spirited women, two messages came forth. First, many of us were seeking transformational change in our personal and professional lives. And second, beyond awareness of the changes that needed to happen, we wanted a roadmap to show us the way forward.

This unifying purpose became the inspiration for GiftedTaste Evolutionary Health and Healing- to support women ready to take charge of their life and take control of their health. If you are ready to begin your journey, let's start a conversation.
